Question: Lexmark X1100 Printer not printing after upgrade to Windows 8.1Printer was working fine on Windows 8.
Upgraded to Windows 8.1 and now printer does nothing after sending document to queue (in email).
When trying to print from MS Word, I get an error message when I try to click on Printer Properties from Print dialog
box saying "Word cannot bring up the properties dialog because the printer returned an error".
Already tried Windows update and manufacturer's website.
I am using the latest driver.
Device manager says device is working properly.
Printer folder shows this printer as the default.
Can't figure out why this is happening.
